Initiate Request
Log into your Spigen Business account and navigate to the order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original retail packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution center to ensure safe delivery and processing of your hardware.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
